Do you have an interest in or a passion for solving IT desktop and other end user problems? Our End User Services Team is looking for an intern to focus on assisting users with their daily or strategic desktop needs. At Zebra, we help build tracking technology and solutions that generate actionable information and insight, giving companies unprecedented visibility into their businesses by giving physical things a digital voice. 


Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the L2 Team with User Incidents and problems using Service Now Ticketing System.
  • Working with users onsite to understand and solve IT Issues.


  • Junior/Senior with a Bachelor Degree-Related Major (i.e. Information Systems, Technology, etc.)
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Proficiency in Windows 7 and 10 Operating systems to troubleshoot and correct issues.
  • Ability to participate within local & regional IT team as well as acting autonomously as appropriate.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage multiple activities concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Service-Now, service management tool, would be a plus.
