The Office Support Intern will assist in objectives that support, develop, and grow Zebras' "unmanaged" partners.
Handles inbound phone and e-mail activity from unmanaged partners who require support; assists with inquiries related to products; directs partners to appropriate Zebra personnel for resolution; captures initial sales opportunity details and engages appropriate resources to manage moving forward.
Supports Zebra compliance efforts by proactively following up with unmanaged partners to ensure compliance is being met.
Supports newly admitted Zebra partners by assisting with onboarding, including any required training on the partner program, tools, and products.
Supports special product-focused initiatives (ie, Card, Supplies, MP7000) for unmanaged partners who are strong prospects based on their business model and market focus.
Proactive feedback on partner opportunities to internal sales team and sales managers
Continuous product and applications training.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Junior/Senior Bachelor or Associate Degree-Related Major.
3+ years customer service experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized and strong ability to prioritize tasks.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems.
Creative problem solving.
Attention to detail, accuracy and a sense of urgency.
