This is for an intern postion for the following team: The Strategic Engineering Support (SES) team is part of a software disciplined team of engineers with a focus on sales support and ownership of products within the Mobile Computing Division in the Enterprise Mobility Business area. The team works closely with account teams on key and strategic opportunities from the earliest stages of the sales cycle through transition to long term sustained support. The SES team endeavors to keep the opportunity on schedule by providing engineering level assistance, best practices, workarounds, defect fixes, etc. Additionally, SES works to provide tools that assist in triage and diagnostic, prepare relevant papers and/or demonstrations that provide enrichment and advancement for developers and technical personnel, and to supply sales and marketing resources with incisive benchmarking and competitive analysis. The Team is based in NY but works closely with associates in other geographical areas such as India, Europe, and Asia.



The successful candidate will be responsible for the resolution of complex technical issues, fault isolation to application or system feature set, assistance with application development as well other customer facing interactions to ensure successful integration of our products into their designs. This position will require both advanced individual technical contributions as well as strong team skills

We are looking for a passionate and analytical leader who can provide the technical guidance throughout engagement with our internal and external stakeholders. The leader will identify technical areas that can better serve our partners with application development and testing, lead troubleshooting efforts with customers, and communicate appropriate feedback to other cross functional teams, such as engineering, services, and regional sales leads.

  • Ability to assist customers and partners with problem definition and resolution of their third party solution on our products. 
  • Ability to develop in Android  new and use existing tools for field diagnostics and collection of performance data. 
  • Ability to create and modify custom scripts using commercially available languages as well as in house products. 
  • Ability to effectively explain complicated technical information to people with less technical knowledge. 
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently, effectively leveraging provided tools. 
  • Development of innovative tools used for diagnostics or demonstrating product capability. 
  • Ability to effectively document issues and resolutions. 


  • Strong knowledge and experience in Web Development.
