Overview

The Zebra Global Supply Chain and Services (GSCS) Rotational Development Program offers responsibilities under the scope of the GSCS organization such as Managed and Support services, Supply Chain, Business Operations, and Customer & Partner Services. This rotational program has a targeted 18 months in duration and consists of three rotations throughout the GSCS organization. You will be selected from their three rotations from a menu of defined opportunities within the GSCS organization. Each assignment will help you gain insight into Zebra’s global business operations, while being immersed in local day to day processes, further developing your skills as an essential member of Zebra’s tomorrow!

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist, build, and execute on projects under the guidance of a mentor, assigned to your designated area of focus. The project assignments are crafted to individuals to challenge convention and engage in solutions to difficult programs we face in our business.
  • Learns Zebra’s product and solutions portfolio, business processes and organization through on the job experience in a variety of rotational assignments
  • Will be supporting day-to-day business operations of an assigned function
  • May propose and support execution on projects
  • Participates actively in developmental assignments and programs intended to expand internal network and build essential work and leadership skill

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or supply chain
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship
  • Must reside within 50 miles of the primary work location

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 0+ years of experience
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skillset
  • Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Shown leadership in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a team
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
